topaz4girl said: Hey! You own a fox snake too? Just wondering, have you ever experienced a fasting period with them? Mine hasn't eaten in weeks, despite my constant attempts to feed her. Just wondering if that's something they just do in the fall, or if you know how I would get her to eat again. Thanks!
I live in Minnesota where it’s just starting to feel like fall is around the corner. In my past experience with adult fox snakes they may try to fast, but if they are big/healthy enough a fast should be safe. Do they seem less active too? (Mine is a hungry monster that eats even on the day he sheds)
"Never did like that much," is a baller and superb way to express your irritation with the way the patriarchy refuses to acknowledge how badass you are.
Before World War I, she shot a cigarette out of the mouth of the Kaiser of Germany at his request.
After the war started she sent him a letter asking for another chance, as she was afraid her aim might’ve been a little off.
Annie Fucking Oakley everyone
My little two-year-old Fox Snake is not so little anymore. Bagheera made a 30-inch shed today and he’s been eating 2-3 fuzzies a week.
I love my little reptilian monsters. :3
The sugar peas and cherry tomatoes from my garden are so delicious!
